I’m an average 24-year-old surfer who created this blog out of a ‘fitness life experience’, if you will, that I had starting the end of high school through my college graduation. I’m no pro, nor do I consider myself to be an experienced surfer by any means. I grew up in Florida, started surfing here and have only surfed Florida waves. One thing I’m sure of is everything great about surfing is enhanced if you are confident and strong in the water. No matter your natural talent, you can’t surf to your maximum ability if you are out of shape.
From my ‘fitness life experience’ I’ve created programs, workouts and meals-to-eat, that are similar to how I got back into surfing shape. Many of the exercises are the exact workouts and solutions I created for myself to get in shape, and maintain it, specifically for my surfing. I figured someone else had to be going through something similar and if the process worked for me, I know it can work for you.
