What’s Surf Shape?
Surf Shape is a blog I created to provide applicable surf workouts, exercises, and other fitness information for surfers, like you, so you can be more capable in the water. You can have all the skill, but you can’t fully apply it if you’re out of shape. In turn, it’s hard to improve your skills much if you’re out of shape.
All individual exercises and workouts are ‘body-weight’, meaning your own body weight is the resistance. After a while, working out in this way allows you to be proportionally stronger for your bodyweight and builds conditioning/endurance. Body-weight exercises also work in connection with your coordination, so they will be working your balance and stabilization muscles throughout each exercise/workout.
